Samsung Galaxy S2 phone is a true attraction. It has given a serious challenge to HTC when it comes to android crown.

While the phone will fit well even in the tightest jeans, its build quality is compromised. Its body does not appear inspiring and tends to feel cheap. No improvement is registered when the wafer thin back is removed so as to insert a SIM. One gets a feeling that you might snap it.
When it comes to controls there is limitation to power on one side and volume on the other. There is also a MHL Port serving dual purpose, by serving as an output to HDMI and as a charger via USB, and on top there is a 3.5 mm jack. SCREEN
The phone has a screen measuring, 4.3- inch 800*480, incorporating a technology that is super AMOLED plus. It has eye popping colours with greens and blues being quite conspicuous on the screen. There is excellent viewing at off angle, making it the first phone that has matched phone4.
The phone is made bulky by its screen size which is large. But the size of the screen makes one enjoy movies. The pictures it brings out are sharp, smooth and detailed. When compared to Apple iphone 4 the whites are not as bright and pure, although the colours are warmer and bolder and black appear darker.

What you get are seven home screens which are widgets and shortcuts customizable, when you run Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread. You should swipe down so as to have Wi-Fi, GPS and Settings of auto rotation quickly activated. Phone messaging, contact as well as application settings are static in case you browse the home screen. To enable you customize with folders, wallpaper, Samsung widgets, and shortcuts, you should press down, just like the way it is done with other versions of android phones. The phone’s music hub will allow you browse, buy music and download it direct to the phone. It is laid out in a very nice way with featured genres, my page, and my music icons placed at the top. The sound quality is superb and no one can complain about it. If you plug headphones into a 3.5mm jack, you will have access to equalizer modes together with sound effects.
BATTERY
With maximum brightness, Wi-Fi on, moderate browsing, photos and videos, the battery can last up to two days. Among its features which are very useful is the Task manager. This will help you in viewing and killing active applications as well as have the RAM cleared.

The major complaint about the phone is its build. It lacks a premium feel considering it will cast you about five hundred pounds.
