Patna – Bihar’s Pride And Once A Fast Emerging Major City

Capital to the state of Bihar, Patna is the second largest city in Eastern India. Emerging as one of the fastest growing city in the country, this place is blooming with shopping malls, theatres and various other real estate establishments. Patna is also the fifth fastest growing city in India and a major agricultural hub for India and a trade centre for eastern India. The city is picking up pace rapidly and once a quiet place is quickly becoming a busy lively city which is growing to be a major place of interest for tourists.

Litti Chokha, a local speciality is a combination whose tastes may differ from person to person depending on what spices they choose to use in their filling is a two part dish consisting of a stuffed ball-shaped item made of wheat and the other part consists of a roasted and smashed tomato or eggplant base. Patna also has its unique twist to the normal chaat found around in Delhi and Mumbai.
