Museums Quartier
This is composed of a remarkable ensemble of museums, cafes, restaurants and bars inside the former imperial stables that were originally designed by Fischer von Erlach. This breeding ground of Viennese cultural life is the perfect place to hang out, watch or meet new people on warm evenings.
Riesenrad
The Riesenrad is a towering, modern symbol of Vienna. It was built in 1897 by Englishman Walter B Basset. The Riesenrad is a ferris wheel that rises to 65m and takes about 20 minutes to rotate one complete circle, the amount of time The Riesenrad takes to complete one full revolution means you have ample time to snap some fantastic shots of Vieanna.
Flohmarkt
The Flohmarkt is one of the biggest and best flea markets in Europe. The Flohmarkt is located in the southwestern end of the Naschmarkt on Saturdays. This flea market is very popular with locals as half of Vienna seems to converge there, visitors to Vieanna can buy or just look at antiques, Altwaren (old wares) and, since it’s a flea market junk. The Flohmarkt stretches for several blocks with stands selling clothes, books, records, ancient (and probably broken) electrical goods, old postcards, ornaments, carpets. The Flohmarkt has something for everyone, get there early to grab a bargain (as with all flea markets), The Flohmarkt gets busier as the morning wears on.
Viennese Christmas Market
The Viennese Christmas Market is located in front of the City Hall and an unforgettable highlight for all those eager to get into the spirit of the Christmas season. The beautiful backdrop gives this market a charm of its own, and the amazing scents are sure to lull all visitors into the seasonal joy. Located inside the City Hall on the ground floor there is an area especially for children, little ones can learn how to make Christmas cookies or candles. International choirs sing carols and entry is free on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Despite it’s reputation as an expensive City Vienna has some very resonably priced hotels, four star hotels can be found for around 68 Euros, that’s approximately $75 a night. I would recommend you try a good Vienna hotel guide to find a resonable priced hotel.
