Frustration what you feel after you have been annoyed or upset especially if you are unable to achieve or change something. Below is a list steps to be followed when you are in frustration.

• Own Your Emotions

Rephrase your own feelings for you to feel in control of yourself.

• Wait Out Your Frustration
